For HR & People teams
HR answers without the HR queue
Employees ask the assistant before they ask you, and a wrong answer about leave or expenses becomes your problem. Keep the approved policies in one place, and every AI assistant you connect answers from the same current version.
- The policy as written, not as remembered
- HR signs off before anything is served
- Versioned when policies change
- Free tier to start
Asked
How many PTO days roll over at year end?
The approved answer
Up to 5 unused PTO days roll over and must be used by March 31. Days beyond 5 are forfeited unless state law says otherwise.
Asked
Can I expense a home office chair?
The approved answer
Yes, up to $400 once every 3 years on the home-office budget. Submit the receipt within 30 days.
Asked
What's the parental leave policy?
The approved answer
16 weeks paid for all new parents, usable within 12 months of birth or placement. State benefits are topped up to full salary.
The handbook, answerable
PTO, benefits, expenses, and leave policies become pages an assistant can actually answer from, with the nuance the handbook PDF buries. Bulk-import your existing handbook markdown so you are not starting from a blank page.
HR approves before employees see it
Policy edits are drafts until HR signs off. Employees never get an answer from a version nobody approved.
Clean when policies change
Open enrollment or a new leave policy: update the page once and every answer follows. The old version stays in the history, so you can show exactly what was approved and when if an employee disputes what they were told.
Sensitive guidance stays internal
Manager-only guidance is scoped separately from what the all-hands assistant can read.
Questions
- Does this replace our HRIS?
- No. Payroll, benefits enrollment, and records stay in your HRIS. This is the policy knowledge behind the assistant that answers questions about them.
- Who writes and approves the pages?
- Your team. Writing works like a shared doc; approval is a button. Every page shows its owner and approval status.
- Can managers and employees get different answers?
- Yes. Connections are scoped, so a manager-facing assistant can read guidance the general assistant cannot.
- Is our handbook locked into a proprietary format?
- No. Pages are plain, portable documents underneath, built on an open format, so your policies stay yours.
- Is our employee data safe in here?
- Curated Data holds the policy documents you put in it, things like the PTO policy, benefits terms, and leave rules, not HRIS records such as salary, SSN, or enrollment status. It does not sync with your HRIS. Each workspace and token is scoped, and draft or in-review pages are never returned to any caller.
- Who sets this up, IT or HR?
- IT or whoever runs your internal assistant connects it to the hosted MCP or REST endpoint, typically in minutes. HR only touches the review workflow: writing and approving policy pages.
- What does this cost?
- Free to start, with room for your first 200 policy pages and 5 team members. Paid tiers add more documents, members, and request volume as your rollout grows.
