For customer success teams
Every CSM answers like your best CSM
Refund windows, entitlements, renewal rules: your team answers these all day, and a copilot that guesses at one lands wrong right when a renewal is being decided. That is usually what stalls a CS AI pilot before it launches. Keep the approved version in one place, and every assistant answers from it.
- Answers from your approved playbook
- A named owner signs off on every change
- Internal and customer-facing kept separate
- Free tier to start
Asked
Can I refund an annual plan 45 days after purchase?
The approved answer
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, offer prorated account credit with manager approval.
Asked
What's included in onboarding for Premier customers?
The approved answer
Premier plans include four guided onboarding sessions in the first 60 days. Extra sessions are billable unless waived by the CSM's manager.
Asked
Can a customer downgrade mid-term?
The approved answer
Yes, at the next renewal date. Mid-term downgrades are credit-based exceptions and need CS director approval.
Your playbook, approved and current
Refund policies, entitlements, and renewal rules become pages with a named owner and an approval step. When the policy changes, update it once and every answer follows. Bulk-import your existing playbook docs to start, instead of writing from a blank page.
Nothing reaches a customer unreviewed
Edits are drafts until a reviewer signs off. The current approved version keeps answering until its replacement is approved.
Provable when it matters
Every answer traces to a version with an author, reviewer, and approval time. When a customer disputes what the bot said, you can show exactly what was approved and when.
Works with the AI you already use
Your success bot or copilot connects with a scoped key over MCP or REST. Nothing to host, and each connection reads only what it is cleared to see.
Questions
- Does this replace our success platform or help center?
- No. It is the knowledge source behind whichever assistant or bot you already run. Your help center stays; the answers you must get right live here.
- Who keeps the answers current?
- The owners you choose. Changes are drafts until a reviewer approves them, and every page shows whether it is a draft, in review, approved, or rejected, so a stale answer is visible instead of silent. That said, this only works if someone on your team owns the review cadence: it gives you the mechanism, not a guarantee.
- Can customers see internal-only guidance?
- No. Customer-facing connections use scoped keys that only read customer-safe answers. Internal playbook guidance stays internal.
- What does it cost to try?
- The Free tier covers up to 200 pages and 5 members, enough to put your refund and entitlement answers behind one assistant. Team is $99 a month and covers up to 5,000 pages and 25 members, sized for rolling this out across a full success org. Larger orgs can talk to us about Enterprise pricing.
- Does this stop the AI from getting things wrong?
- No, and we do not claim that. It grounds the assistant's answer in a version your team approved, which shrinks the room it has to guess on refunds, entitlements, and renewal terms. It does not cover questions your playbook has not addressed yet, and it does not replace a CSM's judgment on an unusual account.
- Does this stay in sync with our CRM or Gainsight/Vitally automatically?
- Not out of the box today. Your team owns the refund, entitlement, and renewal answers directly here, while live account data keeps coming from wherever it lives today. Any assistant you already run can call the hosted MCP or REST endpoint directly.
